Position: Project Manager

Description

    Responsible for the commercial software product or project development, reporting directly to the manager, who led 6-8 development team

Duties

    Responsible for the project scope, quality, time and cost, and customer satisfaction
    Development projects
    Responsible for the development of the project cost assessment / budget
    Plans to achieve objectives of the project the necessary mandate and resources
    Management of the implementation, communication and allocation of resources
    Investigation of potential solutions and in accordance with specifications, budget and schedule to choose
    Provide structure and control project
    Recognition of project risks and how to mitigate its impact
    The status of the project will be regularly reported to the project manager who
    With the project sponsors or client contact
    Product Manager to help support the definition and scope of work requirements
    When necessary, in collaboration with the outsourcing contractors
    In choosing a technology, system software, programming and documentation, providing expert advice

Educational Background

    Computer-related professional degree above

Work experience

    Have three years work experience in software development, have at least three projects
    A systematic analysis of project manager or work experience is preferred
    Application of a project management tool (MS Project) and software development model (CMM or other similar model) experience is preferred
    The development of a Java platform application software to the work experience is preferred
    Have developed enterprise-class customer solutions experience priority, the companies are upgrading existing software applications to help enterprises improve their qualifications

Position: Team Leader


Team Leader should have minimum 5 years experience and be should have lead the teams earlier to manage the delivery of applications to clients.
- Experience in J2EE technologies (Java, J2EE, EJB, JSP, JDBC, Struts, Spring, Web Services, UML, XML, XSL,  Application servers), 3-4 years experience is mandatory.
- Experience in Oracle RDBMS with SQL and Stored Procedures mandatory
- Knowledge and hands-on experience on developing N- tier applications.
- Knowledge on Application Servers like Oracle iAS
- Should have excellent communication and Analytical skills
- Able to work with minimum supervision with self-improvement to accept new challenges.
- Experience in developing applications for shipping Industry an added advantage.

Position: Java/J2EE Programmers

Request

   Proficiency java technology (Java, Jsp, Servlet, JDBC, XML), a project experience java/J2EE priority;
   Following the application server familiar with one or more of:
     Tomcat, WebSphere, Weblogic
   The following are familiar with the database and one or more skilled application:
     Oracle, Mysql
